About Me
My Interests and Goals
Right now, I'm trying to learn how to Airbend. Yes, I know what you will say... that bending doesn't exist...
Well, I believe 100% that it does in fact exist. I've been practicing qi gong for around a month now. Once I am able control and direct my chi, I will combine it with the air and then start my journey to becoming an Air Bender.
What stage I'm on
Right now I'm working on controlling my chi. On a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is cannot feel chi and 10 is expert, I would say I'm about a 6. Once I get to level 10, I'll start working on Air bending exercises.
So Why did I create this website?
A lot of the other bending forums and websites are inactive. Their last posts were in like 2011 or 2015. Personally, I didn't have anyone I could talk to while practicing my chi gong. Nor could I ask anyone questions and get help.
I decided to create this website so that people in 2021 and beyond can learn how to bend the four elements. And, everyone here will be an active member and we can all help each other grow.

My Daily Routine
You can use this as an example of how to practice
Morning - 15 minutes - outside
1) Opening Sequence (visit the flowing zen.com website to learn about it)
2) Lifting the Sky
3) Dan Tien Defining Exercise 3 (projecting your chi into the environment around you)
4) Flowing Breeze Swaying Willow
5) Bringing your awareness to DanTien / Flowing stillness
5) Closing sequence
Afternoon - 10 minutes - outside
1) Dan Tien Defining Exercise 1
2) Sensing your chi
3) Dan Tien Defining Exercise 3
Night - 15 minutes - inside
1) Sensing your chi
2) Putting it on your eyes
3) Dragon Pearl
4) Go to sleep
It looks like a lot each day, but I'm really only spending around 3 or 4 minutes on each exercise. So in total, around 40 minutes a day. You don't have to practice that much; 15 minutes a day should work fine as well. After all, it's quality over quantity.
Also another common misconception is that you can only practice one exercise at a time. Personally I would say learn one, then once you memorize how to do it, look at the next one. Practice the new one and the first one until you memorize both. Then add a third exercise to your routine... Make sure to go at your own pace.
